Argentina Bakery started back in 1991 as a small bakery outlet in an old pizzeria kitchen with a wonderful brick oven. Its owners, Carlos and Celia Fernandez, were a married couple who had emigrated from Argentina years earlier and wanted to share the flavors of home.
More than three decades later, the recipes are still the real thing. From custom dulce de leche cakes and tres leches to facturas, empanadas, alfajores, and sandwiches de miga, everything is baked fresh on-site every day — bringing the busy, beautiful streets of Buenos Aires right to Bergenline Avenue.
